Juventus book their spot in the quarter-finals of the Coppa Italia with a 4-0 win over Torino in Turin.

Simone Zaza scored twice as Juventus beat Torino 4-0 in the last-16 stage of the Coppa Italia on Wednesday.

The first real chance of the match came in the ninth minute when Stephan Lichtsteiner delivered a telling cross towards the far post, but Bruno Peres just managed to beat Paul Pogba to the ball.

Tempers boiled over in the 23rd minute when Zaza clashed with Peres, which brought the Juventus striker a yellow card. Zaza was again in the thick of the action five minutes later, but this time for the right reasons as he finished off an Alvaro Morata cross to send the hosts ahead.

Three more bookings followed in what was a ill-tempered first period, but it was Juve that entered the break one goal ahead following a half of few clear opportunities.

Zaza's involvement continued into the second period as the striker doubled Juve's lead in the 51st minute, just two minutes after Torino had been reduced to 10 men when Cristian Molinaro picked up his second yellow card. Just two minutes after his second, however, Zaza was substituted to cap a busy 53 minutes in Turin.

Both teams had chances just past the hour mark, but Paulo Dybala fired wide of the post after Andrea Belotti missed the target under pressure from Leonardo Bonucci.

Juve had their third in the 73rd minute, however, when Dybala found the back of the net after smart work from Alex Sandro, before Pogba made it four eight minutes from time on what was a comfortable night for the holders of the cup.

Juve will face Lazio or Udinese, who meet on Thursday, in the quarter-finals next month.
