Team News: Czech Republic make three changes, Italy make four in U21 Euro clash

Czech Republic make three changes to their team to face Italy in their Group C clash at the Under-21 European Championships.

Both the Czech Republic and Italy have made changes to their teams for this afternoon's Group C clash at the Under-21 European Championships in Poland.

Czech head coach Vitezslav Lavicka has made three alterations to the side that earned a 2-0 defeat to Germany.

Michal Hubinek, Martin Hasek and Daniel Holzer have all come into the team, while Michal Sacek, Vaclav Cerny and Petr Sevcik have all been forced to make way.

As for Italy, head coach Luigi Di Biagio has made four changes following the team's last outing, which ended in a 2-0 triumph over Denmark.

Davide Calabria, Danilo Cataldi, Alberto Grassi and Alex Ferrari all come into the first XI, meaning that Antonio Barreca, Mattia Caldara, Roberto Gagliardini and Marco Benassi have dropped to the bench.
