TV regulator Ofcom has reportedly received at least 340 complaints over last week's episodes of Good Morning Britain.
The breakfast show racked up thousands of complaints for its coverage of the coronavirus crisis last year, chiefly from viewers upset with host Piers Morgan's interviewing style.
Morgan has repeatedly insisted that it is his job "to hold the government to account", criticising other broadcasters including the BBC for what he claims to be a soft touch.
Last Thursday, The Sun says that Ofcom received 130 complaints for a show that featured Morgan repeatedly asking education secretary Gavin Williamson why he had not resigned.
The day before, 87 viewers complained following an interview with home secretary Priti Patel, with some viewers accusing him of "bullying" behaviour during their exchange.
The most complaints came for the Tuesday edition, however, when Morgan and GMB's Hilary Jones appeared to criticise a young woman who had decided not to take the coronavirus vaccine over fertility concerns.
Morgan was once again a trending topic on Twitter in the UK this morning as followers continued to berate him for taking a holiday to Antigua over Christmas - despite encouraging his viewers to restrain themselves over the festive period.
