A number of Tottenham Hotspur allegedly tested positive for coronavirus on Monday, just three days before their Europa Conference meeting with Rennes.

Tottenham Hotspur's upcoming schedule has reportedly been left in doubt as a result of a number of positive coronavirus tests.

Antonio Conte's are currently preparing for their crucial Europa League Conference fixture with Rennes on Thursday night.

However, according to football.london, there is a cloud of uncertainty over whether the game will go ahead after several players recorded a positive lateral flow test.

The report says that no decision will be made over the Rennes match, and the games which follow, until players have taken a PCR test on Tuesday.

According to UEFA regulations, Spurs require 13 fit players for the showdown with the French outfit to go ahead as planned.

A Premier League fixture away at Brighton & Hove Albion is due to take place three days after the contest in North London.
