Sergio Aguero insists that he wants to stay at Manchester City for the duration of his contract, which reportedly expires in 2020.

Sergio Aguero has reiterated that he is happy with life at Manchester City and plans to see out his contract.

The Argentine is believed to be tied down to the Premier League club until 2020, but there were rumblings that he could leave this summer.

The January arrival of Gabriel Jesus, who ousted Aguero from the starting lineup, led to suggestions that the 29-year-old could move on.

However, the man himself has no intention of leaving the two-time English champions.

"I feel very happy here, so I will fulfil my contract to stay here until the end of my contract," Aguero told the Xinhua News Agency. "I have not thought about where to play next. I just want to focus on the work here."

Aguero scored 30 goals in 44 appearances in all competitions last season.
