A report claims that Southampton join Leicester City in the race to sign Norwich City midfielder Robbie Brady.

Southampton are reportedly ready to battle Leicester City for Norwich City midfielder Robbie Brady this summer.

The 24-year-old, who scored twice for Republic of Ireland during their run to the last-16 stage of Euro 2016, has been strongly linked with a move to Leicester in recent weeks.

It is understood that Premier League champions Leicester are prepared to pay in excess of £10m for the former Manchester United youngster, but according to Read Southampton, Southampton have now joined the race.

The Saints, who are now managed by Frenchman Claude Puel, are expected to be active in the market following the sale of Sadio Mane to Liverpool.
