Marcus Rashford will lead the line for Manchester United in this lunchtime's Premier League clash against Everton at Old Trafford.

Manchester United attacker Marcus Rashford has retained his place in the starting lineup for this lunchtime's Premier League clash against Everton at Old Trafford.

Rashford scored a stunning goal in the Red Devils' 3-1 derby defeat at Manchester City last weekend, but he was not fully fit to see out the 90 minutes, along with defender Jonny Evans, as both players were carrying knocks.

Erik ten Hag confirmed at his pre-match press conference that the Man United duo would be available for selection against the Toffees, and both players keep their places in the first XI.

Ten Hag has in fact named an unchanged starting lineup following last weekend's loss at the Etihad Stadium, with Victor Lindelof set to continue at left-back, joining Evans, Raphael Varane and Diogo Dalot in a four-man defence.

Kobbie Mainoo and Casemiro will continue to link arms in centre-midfield, with Scott McTominay set to operate in an advanced midfield role as captain Bruno Fernandes begins on the right flank.

Alejandro Garnacho, who scored a sensational overhead kick in the 3-0 victory at Goodison Park earlier this season, keeps his spot on the left as Rashford leads the line; Antony, meanwhile, begins on the substitutes' bench once again.

As for Everton, Sean Dyche has named the same starting lineup that began last weekend's 3-1 home defeat to West Ham United, with Man United-linked Jarrad Branthwaite joining James Tarkowski, Ben Godfrey and Vitaliy Mykolenko in the back four, protecting goalkeeper Jordan Pickford.

Amadou Onana, Abdoulaye Doucoure and ex-Red Devils man James Garner all start in midfield - the latter making his 100th career league start - as Jack Harrison and Dwight McNeil operate on the flanks, supporting central striker Beto who keeps his place ahead of Dominic Calvert-Lewin after scoring last weekend.

Idrissa Gueye misses out with a groin injury, but Andre Gomes has shaken off a calf issue to make the substitutes' bench that also includes two former Man United players in Ashley Young and Michael Keane.

Manchester United: Onana; Dalot, Varane, Evans, Lindelof; Casemiro, Mainoo; Fernandes, McTominay, Garnacho; Rashford

Subs: Bayindir, Mee, Kambwala, Ogunneye, Amrabat, Collyer, Eriksen, Amad, Antony

Everton: Pickford; Godfrey, Tarkowski, Branthwaite, Mykolenko; Onana, Garner; Harrison, Doucoure, McNeil; Beto

Subs: Virginia, Patterson, Keane, Calvert-Lewin, Young, Gomes, Coleman, Chermiti, Dobbin
