Germany head coach Joachim Low confirms that Marco Reus has not made the 23-man squad for Euro 2016 because of injury.

Germany manager Joachim Low has confirmed that Marco Reus has been omitted from his Euro 2016 squad because of an injury.

The Borussia Dortmund attacker was expected to be included in the 23-man party after scoring 20 goals in all competitions this season.

However, it was announced this afternoon that Reus had not made the squad.

Low told reporters: "Marco Reus misses out through injury - he would have been an asset."

Reus missed out through injury two years ago when Germany won the World Cup in Brazil.
