Chelsea are reportedly considering a surprise swoop for Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Angel di Maria.
The Argentina international is believed to be frustrated at Parc des Princes following the appointment of Unai Emery as manager.
According to Don Balon, Chelsea manager Antonio Conte is keeping track of Di Maria, who is said to be open to returning to the Premier League despite a failed season at Manchester United.
The report adds that Di Maria, who joined PSG from United last year, could arrive at Stamford Bridge in the January transfer window.
Chelsea have hit a rough patch in the Premier League following one draw and back-to-back defeats, the latest being a 3-0 loss to Arsenal at the Emirates.
