Striker Graziano Pelle has sat out Italy's training session on Tuesday after sustaining a dislocated finger against Belgium on Monday night.

The Southampton frontman played the full 90 minutes as he netted Italy's second goal in added-on time to seal an impressive 2-0 victory over their group rivals.

According to Gazzetta World, Pelle was seen with medical staff on Tuesday morning but the injury is unlikely to keep him out of his side's fixture against Sweden on Friday.

Pelle's goal on Monday evening was his sixth strike for his country in 14 appearances.
