A report claims that West Ham United will meet with AC Milan striker Carlos Bacca's representatives this week to discuss personal terms for the Colombian.

West Ham United will reportedly meet with representatives of Carlos Bacca during the next week to discuss personal terms over a move for the AC Milan forward.

It is understood that West Ham have activated Bacca's release clause of £26m with Milan, who signed the 29-year-old striker from Spanish outfit Sevilla in the summer of 2015.

According to Sky Sports News, West Ham will now meet with the agents of the striker over the next few days to discuss a transfer to the Olympic Stadium before the start of the new Premier League season.

Bacca notched 20 goals in 42 appearances for Milan last season, following on from the 49 strikes in 108 matches that he managed for Sevilla between 2013 and 2015.
