Sports Mole looks at how Manchester United could line up in Saturday's Premier League clash with Everton.

Manchester United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer will make changes to his starting XI for Saturday afternoon's Premier League clash with Everton at Old Trafford.

The Red Devils needed a last-gasp winner from Cristiano Ronaldo to overcome Villarreal in the Champions League on Wednesday night.

Aaron Wan-Bissaka missed the match through suspension but is available here and should start, while Luke Shaw, who was unavailable against the Yellow Submarine through injury, is expected to overcome his problem to feature at left-back against the Toffees.

Club captain Harry Maguire is out until after the international break with a calf problem, though, so Victor Lindelof will again get the nod alongside Raphael Varane in the middle of the defence.

Solskjaer could also bring in both Fred and Nemanja Matic, which might see Paul Pogba move out to the left, dropping Jadon Sancho back down to the bench.

Edinson Cavani's return from injury means that resting Ronaldo is a serious possibility this weekend, but Solskjaer could ultimately resist the temptation to pull the Portuguese out of the starting side.

Marcus Rashford and Amad Diallo are still missing through injury, but both players are making excellent progress in their recoveries and should be available soon after the international break.

Manchester United possible starting lineup: De Gea; Wan-Bissaka, Lindelof, Varane, Shaw; Matic, Fred; Greenwood, Fernandes, Pogba; Ronaldo
