Anthony Martial is hopeful that Zlatan Ibrahimovic will join Manchester United this summer.

Manchester United striker Anthony Martial has claimed that Zlatan Ibrahimovic would be a "really good" addition to the team.

The Sweden international has been linked with a free transfer to Old Trafford following his decision to leave Paris Saint-Germain.

The 34-year-old has remained tight-lipped about his future destination, but Martial wants him at United.

The Frenchman has also spoken positively about Jose Mourinho's appointment as Louis van Gaal's successor.

"We know that Mourinho is a great coach, one of the best in the world," the Manchester Evening News quotes Martial as saying. "If Zlatan was to come, it would be really good. He's a great striker, he will bring us experience."

Ibrahimovic has played for Malmo, Ajax, Juventus, Inter Milan, Barcelona, Milan and PSG.
