Leeds Rhinos full-back Zak Hardaker will join Penrith Panthers in the NRL until the end of this season after requesting a move away from the Super League.

As part of the deal, Penrith hooker James Segeyaro will be joining Leeds and is expected to arrive in England next week.

Hardaker joined Leeds in 2011 from Featherstone Rovers and has made 154 appearances for the side, scoring 67 tries.

The Leeds Rhinos currently sit bottom of the Super League and will be hoping that the recruitment of Segeyaro will improve their current run of form.
