Hungary fined by UEFA over crowd trouble in Iceland game

UEFA fines the Hungarian Football Federation €65,000 (£50,000) over the behaviour of their supporters at Euro 2016.

Hungary have been handed a fine of €65,000 (£50,000) by UEFA over the behaviour of their supporters at Euro 2016.

The Hungarian Football Federation was charged with crowd disturbances, setting off fireworks and throwing objects during their Group F 1-1 draw with Iceland.

Eight countries, a third of the teams at the tournament in France, have now been charged by UEFA over crowd disturbances.

Albania, Romania, Turkey, Belgium, and Portugal are also facing disciplinary action.
