Chelsea and Belgium goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois wants his future resolved before going to the World Cup this summer, but sees himself staying at Stamford Bridge next term.

Chelsea and Belgium goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois has admitted that he wants his future resolved before going to the World Cup this summer.

The 25-year-old is soon to enter the final year of his Stamford Bridge contract and has yet to be convinced to extend his current terms.

As a result, Real Madrid and Paris Saint-Germain have been linked with a move for Courtois, but the Belgian is adamant that he will stay at Chelsea for next season at least.

"If I go to the World Cup with a clear idea, sign or wait another year, then I have a clear head at the tournament," Courtois told Sporza. "I am still proud to play at Chelsea and I want to achieve success.

"I have one year [left on my] contract and feel good at Chelsea, at the end of the season we will sit down together and set out a vision. I know that I will be at Chelsea next year as well."

Courtois was set to play for the Red Devils in a friendly against Saudi Arabia on Tuesday, but a hamstring injury has seen him return to Chelsea.
