Spain attacker Pedro denies that he fell out with La Roja boss Vicente del Bosque during Euro 2016.

Spain attacker Pedro has strongly denied suggestions that he fell out with Vicente del Bosque during Euro 2016.

It is understood that Pedro complained to La Roja boss Del Bosque about a lack of playing time at the European Championships and reportedly threatened to leave the camp unless he was selected.

The Chelsea forward, however, has insisted that he had "a very good relationship" with Del Bosque, who has since stepped down from his role with the reigning European champions.

"I had a very good relationship [with Vicente del Bosque], despite everything that's been said. We had good times together, besides becoming world and European champions," Marca quotes Pedro as saying.

Pedro was part of the Spain team that won the 2010 World Cup and Euro 2012 under Del Bosque.
