Republic of Ireland midfielder Robbie Brady brands Belgium a "top-class team" ahead of their meeting at Euro 2016 this weekend.

Republic of Ireland midfielder Robbie Brady has insisted that his team will not underestimate Belgium when the two teams come together at Euro 2016 this weekend.

Republic of Ireland will enter Saturday's Group F fixture off the back of a 1-1 draw with Sweden in their first match of the competition, but Belgium surprisingly lost 2-0 against Italy.

Despite Belgium's disappointing performance against the Italians, Brady is under no illusions of the size of the task facing Martin O'Neill's side.

"I'm not sure what they're feeling. We know they're a top-class team and they'll be coming in prepared. They're obviously going to be coming to win, as we are," Brady told reporters.

"We'll just be doing our part to get ready for them. I'm sure they'll be wanting to pick up some sort of result but we'll be concentrating on ourselves."

Two teams from each of the six groups will advance into the round of 16 at Euro 2016, in addition to the four best third-placed sides.
