Metz forward Yeni Ngbakoto becomes Queens Park Rangers's fifth signing of the summer after penning a three-year deal at Loftus Road.

Queens Park Rangers have completed their fifth signing of the summer by recruiting Metz forward Yeni Ngbakoto for an undisclosed fee.

The 24-year-old scored 12 goals in 38 appearances as Les Grenats won promotion back to the French top flight last season.

"It is a club with great history and tradition and I am excited about coming to play here," he told the club website.

Rangers boss Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink added: "I'm delighted we've got the deal over the line because there was great interest in him.

"He can pick a pass, score goals and if he can get anywhere near to replicating his figures with Metz from last season, we'll be delighted."

QPR start their Championship campaign against Leeds United on Sunday.
