Manchester United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer could reportedly sanction the summer exits of Phil Jones, Marcos Rojo and Chris Smalling.

Manchester United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is reportedly prepared to sell Phil Jones, Marcos Rojo and Chris Smalling this summer in order to 'make room' for Swansea City's Joe Rodon.

The Red Devils are said to be keen on a £20m deal for central defender Rodon, who has allegedly been personally recommended by Wales boss Ryan Giggs.

A recent report claimed that the futures of Jones, Rojo and Smalling were all up in the air ahead of this summer's transfer window, and according to The Mirror, Solskjaer is prepared to axe all three.

Jones has only made eight appearances for the 20-time English champions this season, with just two of those outings coming in the Premier League.

Rojo, meanwhile, struggled for action in the first half of the 2019-20 campaign before returning to Argentine outfit Estudiantes on loan.

Smalling has impressed during a loan spell at Roma this season, although it has been reported that the Italian outfit cannot afford to sign the Englishman on a permanent deal this summer.
