Borussia Dortmund midfielder Jude Bellingham emerges as a transfer target for Paris Saint-Germain, according to a report.

Paris Saint-Germain have reportedly joined the race for Borussia Dortmund midfielder Jude Bellingham.

The 19-year-old has been in strong form for England at the 2022 World Cup, scoring one goal and providing one assist in four appearances, with the Three Lions progressing to the quarter-finals of the competition.

Bellingham starred for Dortmund in the opening months of the 2022-23 campaign, meanwhile, scoring nine goals and registering three assists in 22 appearances in all competitions.

The midfielder has a contract with his German club until June 2025, but he is widely expected to be on the move in a big-money deal during next summer's transfer window.

Dortmund are expected to hold talks with the youngster after the World Cup, and it is believed that the Bundesliga side have set a loose asking price of £129m.

Manchester United and Chelsea have been heavily linked with the former Birmingham City youngster, but it is believed that the duo are currently down the pecking order.

Liverpool, Real Madrid and Manchester City are thought to be the three favourites for Bellingham, but according to Le10Sport, there is also firm interest from France in the shape of PSG.

The report claims that the Ligue 1 side's sporting director Luis Campos is determined to bring the Englishman to Paris during next summer's transfer window.

Liverpool are thought to be in a strong position to sign Bellingham, but the Reds could struggle to pay the fee that Dortmund are demanding, and it could rise after the World Cup.

Bellingham was linked with a number of clubs before making the move from Birmingham to BVB in the summer of 2020.

The midfielder has now made 112 appearances for the German side, contributing 19 goals and 21 assists in the process.

Bellingham has a record of seven goals and 13 assists in 76 Bundesliga appearances for his current team, while he has played 21 times in the Champions League, scoring six goals and providing five assists.

The midfielder will now be looking to help England reach the semi-finals of the World Cup, with Gareth Southgate's side preparing to take on world champions France in the final eight on Saturday.
