Everton reportedly beat both Arsenal and Manchester United in the race to sign Feyenoord teenager Joshua Zirkzee.

Feyenoord teenager Joshua Zirkzee has reportedly decided to sign for Everton.

The 16-year-old striker has been attracting interest from all over Europe after scoring 33 goals for the Dutch club's youth team last season.

It had been suggested that both Arsenal and Manchester United were in the running to win the race for his signature but according to Varkenoord Watch, Everton have emerged as favourites to take him to Goodison Park.

It has been claimed that talks are currently being held between both parties as the Merseyside club look to make another impact in the summer transfer market.

Everton have made a total of 11 first-team and youth signings this summer, and their spending is likely to continue as Ronald Koeman looks to sign another forward to replace Romelu Lukaku.
