Manchester City striker Nolito says that his side do not fear Barcelona ahead of the Champions League fixture between the two teams.

Manchester City striker Nolito has said that his side cannot afford to show any fear when they face Barcelona at Camp Nou on Wednesday night.

City have lost all four of their most recent meetings with the Catalan giants but ahead of their upcoming clash in the Champions League, Nolito has called on the Premier League side to show they deserve to be regarded on the same level as their hosts.

The 30-year-old is quoted by The Mirror as saying: "We need to respect every team, but never have fear of any rival.

"Personally I don't fear anyone, so if I get the chance to play, I will try to help the team get three points."

Nolito could start on his return to his homeland after scoring City's equaliser in their match with Everton at the weekend.
