Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp says that he has been impressed with Leicester City since the arrival of new boss Claude Puel.

Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp has said that he expects his side to face a "difficult" test when they play Leicester City on Saturday afternoon.

The Reds head into the Premier League encounter at Anfield with the opportunity to move four points clear of fifth-placed Tottenham Hotspur, while Leicester will be looking to hit back from losing 2-1 at Watford on Boxing Day.

However, Klopp has claimed that his side must be ready for a reaction from the Foxes, who have impressed the German since the arrival of Claude Puel.

The 50-year-old told reporters: "They play very good football since Claude Puel came in. Their main strength is still the same. Very organised and an incredible threat on the counter.

"The speed of Vardy, Mahrez and Gray is dangerous. It will be difficult but we still want to win the game and must be ready."

Liverpool are unbeaten in their last 11 matches in the top flight.
