Teenage goalkeeper Ionut Radu, who was said to be on the radar of Manchester City, signs a new four-year contract with Inter Milan.

Teenage goalkeeper Ionut Radu has signed a new four-year contract with Inter Milan.

The 19-year-old, who made his Serie A debut for the Italian outfit in the final game of last season, was due to be out of contract next summer, which prompted interest from Manchester City.

However, speculation surrounding the Romanian's future has now ended after he put pen to paper on a deal that will run until the summer of 2021.

Radu represented Inter's Under-19 squad last season before being promoted into the first team, but he is yet to feature for the Italian giants this term.

Inter Milan's players celebrate after the Italian Serie A football match Inter Milan vs AS Roma on October 31, 2015 at the San Siro Stadium in Milan.
