Arsenal attacker Theo Walcott needs to rediscover his club form before thinking about England and Euro 2016, according to former Gunners boss George Graham.

Former Arsenal manager George Graham has said that Theo Walcott needs to regain his first-team spot for the Gunners before thinking about Euro 2016 with England.

Walcott was left out of the starting XI for both of England's friendlies during the recent international break and it is understood that the 27-year-old is facing a fight to make Roy Hodgson's squad for the upcoming European Championships.

Graham, who managed Arsenal between 1986 and 1995, has said that club football should come first for Walcott, who has struggled to hold down a regular spot at the Emirates in recent weeks.

"Theo? I think he has got to take a look at his career and say to himself, 'why am I not first choice every week for Arsenal?' Never mind England!" Graham told talkSPORT.

"I think there are a few players who have got to be more hungry and say, 'I want to be a regular every week for Arsenal'. Then, and only then, can they start talking about England."

Walcott has only managed four Premier League goals for the Gunners this season.
