Harry Redknapp's return to White Hart Lane proved to be a disastrous one as he watched his Queens Park Rangers side be blown away by Tottenham Hotspur.
A brace from Nacer Chadli and a second goal in as many games for Eric Dier gave the hosts a 3-0 lead at the break, before Emmanuel Adebayor capped off the scoring in the second half.

TOTTENHAM

Goal
Hugo Lloris: May not have an easier match this season. Only had one save to make, and it was a simple one. Very comfortable afternoon for the Frenchman. (7/10)
Defence
Eric Dier: Another game, another goal for the defender. Took his header brilliantly at the front post and was solid at the back all match. (8/10)
Younes Kaboul: Strong performance from the centre-back. Was never tested too much, but comfortably dealt with any danger that came his way. (7/10)
Jan Vertonghen: Superb display from the Belgian, who made some perfectly-timed challenges and looked confident and assured on the ball throughout. (8/10)
Danny Rose: Assisted the fourth goal with a good first-time pass for Adebayor. Was up and down the left flank all game and impressive throughout. (8/10)
Midfield
Nabil Bentaleb: Helped his side boss the midfield battle and also won the ball to begin the move that led to the opening goal. (8/10)
Etienne Capoue: Strong in midfield throughout, giving his defence any protection that they needed. QPR never threatened from midfield, and Capoue was a big part of the reason why. (7/10)
Erik Lamela: Looks like a new player. Was oozing confidence as Spurs played some nice football, and ended the match with two assists to his name. That performance will do him the world of good. (9/10)
Christian Eriksen: As ever, the puppet-master in midfield. Was a key part in Tottenham's numerous breaks forward, and also hit the bar himself with a stunning free kick in the first half. (9/10)
Nacer Chadli: Took both of his goals very well and made many more clever runs to create space for his teammates. Warranted his selection above Aaron Lennon. (9/10)
Attack
Emmanuel Adebayor: A handful up front all afternoon, showing exactly why he is first choice at White Hart Lane. Took his goal well and also grabbed the assist for the opener. (8/10)
Substitutes
Moussa Dembele: Replaced Bentaleb on the hour mark and continued the youngster's good work in midfield. (7/10)
Harry Kane: Came on for Chadli with 20 minutes remaining but didn't have enough time to make an impact. (6/10)
Roberto Soldado: Was handed a 10-minute cameo but, with the points already wrapped up, didn't get a chance to add to his midweek goal. (6/10)
QPR

Goal
Robert Green: Tottenham had five shots on target, and four of them went in. In fairness, Green couldn't do much about any of them, although he did get a hand to the second. (5/10)
Defence
Steven Caulker: Was part of a back three run ragged by Spurs. Really struggled in the new system and also wasted a couple of glorious chances at the other end. (4/10)
Rio Ferdinand: Like Caulker, struggled in the new system as Tottenham relentlessly broke through. Wasn't given much protection by the midfield, which made for a tough afternoon. (4/10)
Richard Dunne: Probably found it the hardest of the lot to cope with the new system and was taken off at half time as a result. An afternoon to forget for the veteran. (3/10)
Midfield
Mauricio Isla: An unhappy debut for the wing-back, who could not pose any problems going forward and struggled to stop Tottenham's attacks either. (5/10)
Joey Barton: Completely overrun in midfield, but that was as much to do with the system as it was his individual performance. (5/10)
Leroy Fer: Found it tough going on his debut against a rampant Tottenham midfield. Was taken off in the 68th minute having picked up the game's only yellow card. (5/10)
Jordon Mutch: Pretty much anonymous for the whole game. Could not get any joy against Bentaleb and Capoue as QPR struggled to mount an attacking threat from open play. (5/10)
Armand Traore: Similar to Isla on the opposite flank. Was pinned back for much of the first half as Spurs dominated, then reverted into a back four after the break. (5/10)
Attack
Matty Phillips: Missed a glorious chance with the score at 1-0, lifting the ball over the top with only the keeper to beat. Other than that, got very little joy. (5/10)
Loic Remy: Got no service from his teammates all game. Showed a couple of flashes towards the end of the match, but a frustrating afternoon on the whole for the striker. (6/10)
Substitutes
Nedum Onuoha: Introduced at half time to make it a back four rather than a back three. Helped make the defence more solid and put in a couple of decent challenges. (6/10)
Alejandro Faurlin: Came on with just over 20 minutes left but, with Spurs in control, spent most of his time chasing shadows. (6/10)
Bobby Zamora: Replaced Phillips with 15 minutes remaining and had a good sight of goal late on, but blazed his effort well over. (5/10)
