Sports Mole looks at which teams need to do what in order to book their place at Euro 2024 when the final round of qualifying matches begin on Sunday.

The last round of Euro 2024 qualifiers begins on Sunday, with one final chance for those teams still in the mix to book a direct passage to the tournament in Germany next summer.

The lineup for the draw has already been largely completed with a game to spare for most teams, but there are five automatic qualification spots still up for grabs over the coming days.

It is the turn of Groups A, F, G and J to come to a conclusion on Sunday, and seven of the eight automatic qualification places from those pools have already been decided.

However, there is still available - between neighbours Serbia and Montenegro in Group G - and here Sports Mole rounds up exactly what they need to qualify, as well as the state of play in all of the other groups to feature on Sunday.
