Saturday's La Liga predictions including Real Madrid vs. Rayo Vallecano

Sports Mole provides score predictions for all of Saturday's La Liga games, including Real Madrid vs. Rayo Vallecano.

Espanyol vs. Granada (Saturday, 1.00pm)

Espanyol will be looking to end a run of three matches without a win when they welcome Granada to the RCDE Stadium on Saturday afternoon.

The hosts became the first side in La Liga this season to be beaten by bottom-placed Getafe, meaning they now sit in 11th, three points above Granada in 14th.

We say: Espanyol 1-1 Granada

Both sides should have enough to avoid relegation this season, given the lack of quality in the teams below them.

Unlikely to threaten the European positions, expect a cagey affair between two clubs that on-paper look set to cancel each other out.

Our tipster partners are predicting over 1.5 goals.

Celta Vigo vs. Barcelona (Saturday, 3.15pm)

Barcelona will be bidding to return to winning ways in La Liga on Saturday afternoon when they travel to Abanca-Balaidos to take on Celta Vigo.

The Catalan giants are currently down in ninth position in Spain's top flight, having picked up just 16 points from their opening 11 matches, while Celta sit 15th with 11 points to show from their first 12 games.

We say: Celta Vigo 1-2 Barcelona

Celta have had their problems this season, but this is still a very tough assignment for Barcelona, who have lost two more important players through injury. It is difficult to back the Catalan outfit with any real confidence at the moment, but they should have just about enough to get over the line in Vigo.

Our tipster partners are predicting under 3.5 goals.

Alaves vs. Levante (Saturday, 5.30pm)

Both Alaves and Levante will be desperate for three points in their quest for La Liga survival when the pair meet on Saturday evening.

Alaves are currently hovering just above the relegation zone, while a win would take Levante to within one point of their opponents.

We say: Alaves 1-1 Levante

If Levante have any hopes of escaping the drop, then they will need to arrest their current run without a win sharpish.

Alaves could present them with the perfect opportunity to do just that, yet they are a side in a similar situation and will be equally desperate for the points.

Our tipster partners are predicting over 1.5 goals.

Real Madrid vs. Rayo Vallecano (Saturday, 8.00pm)

Real Madrid will be looking to make it three straight wins in all competitions when they continue their La Liga campaign at home to high-flying Rayo Vallecano on Saturday night.

Los Blancos are currently second in the table, one point behind leaders Real Sociedad, while Rayo occupy sixth, having collected 20 points from their opening 12 games during an impressive start.

We say: Real Madrid 2-1 Rayo Vallecano

Rayo will head to the Bernabeu full of confidence, and we are expecting this to be a very tricky fixture for Real Madrid, particularly after an energy-zapping Champions League contest. That said, Los Blancos are in good form at the moment, and we are backing Ancelotti's side to put another three points on the board here.

Our tipster partners are predicting a home win.
