Wales have been drawn against Northern Ireland in the last 16 of Euro 2016, while England take on Iceland and the Republic of Ireland face France.
Martin O'Neill's side were minutes from being knocked out of the tournament, but a late Robbie Brady goal gave them a 1-0 win over Italy and edged them into the top four best third-placed sides.
Their reward for progressing through is a tie against hosts France, which will take place in Lyon on Sunday, 2pm BST.
Elsewhere, Group B leaders Wales play Michael O'Neill's third-placed Northern Ireland in Paris on Saturday, 5pm BST, while England, runners-up behind Wales, play surprise Group F runners-up Iceland in Nice on Monday, 8pm BST.
