Everton manager Ronald Koeman rules out the possibility of signing out-of-favour Manchester City goalkeeper Joe Hart this summer.

Everton manager Ronald Koeman has insisted that he has no interest in signing Joe Hart from Manchester City this summer.

Hart is expected to leave the Etihad Stadium before the end of the current transfer window having fallen out of favour with new manager Pep Guardiola.

The impending arrival of Claudio Bravo at City is expected to demote the England international to third choice, leaving him eager to move in order to play first-team football.

Everton, along with Sevilla, have been heavily linked with the 29-year-old, but Toffees boss Koeman told reporters in a press conference this afternoon that there was never any substance to the speculation.

Everton have already signed one goalkeeper this summer, bringing in Maarten Stekelenburg from Fulham.
