Manchester United youngster Marcus Rashford is said to be "devastated" after his £20,000 Rolex is stolen.

Manchester United striker Marcus Rashford has reportedly been left "devastated" after his £20,000 Rolex watch was stolen during a trampolining session.

According to The Sun, the 18-year-old left his 'Day Date II' watch with staff at the trampoline park Jump Nation while he enjoyed a day with friends and family.

Rashford forgot to collect the watch at the end of his session and when he rang the centre, he was informed that a man claiming to be his family member had already come to collect it.

"Marcus is devastated by the loss of his watch," a friend told the newspaper. "He bought it for himself and one of his first big purchases. He's a sensible lad who has his feet on the ground. The Rolex was a treat to himself for his breakthrough season.

"What's made it all the more upsetting is that someone has apparently pretended to be a family member to take it."

A 22-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of fraud after police launched an investigation into the incident.
