Liverpool's Joe Gomez to join Brighton & Hove Albion on loan?

Liverpool defender Joe Gomez will reportedly join Brighton & Hove Albion on a season-long loan.

Liverpool defender Joe Gomez is reportedly closing in on a loan move to Brighton & Hove Albion.

The 20-year-old returned to action last season after spending around a year on the sidelines nursing a serious knee injury.

However, he had limited game time under manager Jurgen Klopp, featuring in just three FA Cup games for the Reds.

According to The Mirror, the Merseyside outfit will allow the youngster to gain more Premier League experience at newly-promoted Brighton.

Gomez signed for Liverpool from Charlton Athletic in 2015 from Charlton Athletic.
