Tommy Fleetwood cards a final-round 66 to overtake Peter Uihlein and claim victory at the Open de France at Le Golf National.

Tommy Fleetwood has carded a bogey-free final round of 66 to finish one shot clear of Peter Uihlein at the Open de France.

The Englishman produced a flawless display at Le Golf National to claim victory, while at the same time moving to the top of the Race of Dubai standings.

An overall score of 12-under-par was enough to see Fleetwood come out on top, edging out overnight leader Uihlein who ended three-under for the day.

Heading into the final day sitting a stroke off the summit, Fleetwood struck five birdies - the same number as Uihlein - but unlike his rival he did not bogey on any holes.

Compatriot Ross Fisher was seventh on six-under, meanwhile, and Lee Westwood rounded off the top 10 a shot further back.
