Sports Mole takes an in-depth look at how France could line up for Sunday's UEFA Nations League final with Spain.

France manager Didier Deschamps has a big decision to make in the middle of the park for Sunday's UEFA Nations League final with Spain at San Siro.

Les Bleus lined up with a two-man midfield of Paul Pogba and Adrien Rabiot for the semi-final win over Belgium, but the latter struggled to make an impact and was replaced by Aurelien Tchouameni after 75 minutes.

The Monaco starlet caught the eye with a bright cameo in the semi-final as France produced a second-half fightback to win 3-2 from two goals down, and it would not be a surprise to see him replace Rabiot for the final.

There should be no other surprises in Deschamps's lineup, with the Bleus boss likely sticking with a back three as N'Golo Kante remains absent following a positive coronavirus test.

Benjamin Pavard and Theo Hernandez - the match winner during his second appearance for the national team - are set to continue out wide, with the latter's brother Lucas Hernandez joining him as he lines up with Raphael Varane and Jules Kounde in the rearguard in front of Hugo Lloris.

Kylian Mbappe and Karim Benzema both produced the goods in the semi-final to lead the comeback against Belgium, while two slices of history are on the line for Antoine Griezmann in Sunday's final.

The Atletico Madrid man is set to win his 100th cap for the national team this weekend, and a goal would see him become his nation's outright third-highest goalscorer, as he currently sits level with Michel Platini on 41 strikes behind Thierry Henry (51) and Olivier Giroud (46).

France possible starting lineup: Lloris; Kounde, Varane, L. Hernandez; Pavard, Pogba, Tchouameni, T. Hernandez; Griezmann; Mbappe, Benzema
