Crystal Palace have made one change to the side that beat Stoke City 2-1 last weekend ahead of Sunday's Premier League season finale against West Bromwich Albion.

Aaron Wan-Bissaka comes into the starting lineup in place of right-back Joel Ward, who limped off at the bet365 Stadium last time out.

Jeffrey Schlupp marked his return to fitness with a substitute appearance against Stoke but has to settle for a place on the bench once again.

Championship-bound West Brom, meanwhile make one change from the side that beat Tottenham Hotspur 1-0 last week, with World Cup-bound Grzegorz Krychowiak replacing Matt Philips.

Gareth Barry and James Morrison remain the only casualties for Darren Moore's side.
