Boca Juniors forward Carlos Tevez reveals that he could hang up his boots in December because "the day-to-day side of football tires one out".

Argentine forward Carlos Tevez has revealed that he could hang up his boots in December.

The 32-year-old, who has represented West Ham United, Manchester United, Manchester City and Juventus during a well-travelled career, is back with his first club Boca Juniors.

Tevez re-joined Boca last year and is under contract with the Argentine club until 2018, but the forward has admitted that he could retire from professional football at the end of 2016.

"Retiring at the end of the year is a possibility, I am going to think about it. It is a personal decision, it has nothing to do with football," he is quoted as saying by AS. "I do not know how much more I have to give. The day-to-day side of football tires one out."

Tevez initially represented Boca from 1997 until 2004, before making the move to Corinthians.
