Bundesliga club-by-club transfer latest: June 20

Sports Mole rounds up the latest transfer rumours and done deals from the Bundesliga.

Another week has passed in the world of football, and although the World Cup is at the centre of attention clubs up and down Europe are still looking to get an early advantage in the transfer market.

Here, Sports Mole takes a look at the latest rumours, talks and player movement from Germany's Bundesliga.

Augsburg

The only rumour circulating from Augsburg is reported interest in Ingolstadt striker Caiuby. However, there has not yet been any concrete news regarding the 25-year-old Brazilian.

Bayer Leverkusen

New Brighton & Hove Albion head coach Sami Hyypia has quickly set about raiding his old club Leverkusen. According to reports, the Finn is interested in a number of fringe and youth players from the German side.

Leverkusen emerged as surprise contenders for the signature of sought-after Hamburger SV midfielder Hakan Calhanoglu and some reports on Thursday have claimed that a deal has been agreed for a fee in the region of £10m.

Bayern Munich

The strongest talk surrounding the champions remains about players who could be on the way out. Arjen Robben, who has impressed so far in the World Cup for the Netherlands, is thought to be subject of a bid from Manchester United of up to £40m.

Arsenal's interest in Mario Mandzukic has apparently gone to the next step, with the Gunners believed to be considering a £15m move, while Xherdan Shaqiri's representatives are rumoured to be in talks with Liverpool, although there has been late interest from Serie A champions Juventus.

Borussia Dortmund

Star centre-back Mats Hummels has moved to deny speculation that he is on the way out of the club this summer in the face of interest from Manchester United. The potential signing of Matthias Ginter appears to be no further along, with the World Cup hampering progress.

There has also been speculation over the futures of Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Marco Reus. The former is thought to be wanted by Chelsea, while Reus is on the radar of Arsenal and Barcelona, although a move looks very unlikely.

Eintracht Frankfurt

The main line coming from Frankfurt in the last week has been a reported move for Werder Bremen striker Nils Petersen. However, the player is thought to be less keen on the transfer and this looks unlikely. Youngster Ozgur Ozdemir left the club to sign for recently-relegated Nuremberg.

Freiburg

Another player has jumped ship at Nuremberg, with this time Mike Frantz agreeing a deal to join Freiburg for next season. The club have also taken a firm stance on Dortmund target Matthias Ginter by claiming that they player is not allowed to leave.

Hamburger SV

Last year's loan signing from Hertha Berlin Pierre-Michel Lasogga, who scored 13 times in the Bundesliga, is wanted by the club on a permanent deal, although there is also thought to be interest from Premier League side Newcastle United.

A deal, according to some reports, has been agreed for Hakan Calhanoglu to join Leverkusen, while there has been small talk of Sunderland interest in goalkeeper Rene Adler.

Hertha Berlin

With the talk that Pierre-Michel Lasogga is likely to rejoin Hamburger SV on a permanent deal, rumours have emerged that the side from the capital are one of the leading contenders to sign Julian Schieber from Borussia Dortmund. They also handed a new contract to youth goalkeeper Marius Gersbeck.

Hoffenheim

Reported interest from Liverpool for attacking midfielder Roberto Firmino appears to be gathering pace, with the Premier League club set to meet Hoffenheim directors regarding the transfer.

Mainz 05

The contract of Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting, who is currently at the World Cup with Cameroon, expires at the end of the month and he is thought to be close to agreeing terms with Schalke 04.

SC Paderborn

Another Bundesliga fringe player could be on the move to a promoted team, as Stefan Kutschke of Wolfsburg is attracting the interest of Paderborn.

Schalke 04

In terms of outgoings, Schalke fans were handed a boost by attacking midfielder Julian Draxler, who pledged to stay at the club this summer amid continued interest from the Premier League.

As well as being thought to be close to the signing of Mainz's Choupo-Moting, Liverpool interest in midfield starlet Max Meyer refuses to go away.

Stuttgart

Rani Khedira, who was thought to be highly rated by the Stuttgart coaching team, left the club to sign for 2. Bundesliga side RB Leipzig in a deal said to be worth £250,000.

Rumours in the German press have also linked Ecuadorian wing-back Juan Carlos Paredes with a move to the Bundesliga side.

Werder Bremen

As well as the news that Nils Petersen wants to stay at the club in the face of interest from Frankfurt, Bremen completed the signing of young Bayern Munich goalkeeper Raif Husic for £80,000.

Wolfsburg

Chelsea's Marko Marin is reportedly being lined up for a switch to Wolfsburg, while the German side have slapped a £26m price tag on Luiz Gustavo, with interest from the likes of Chelsea, Manchester United, Arsenal and Monaco.
