The Argentine replaces the suspended Gerard Pique in defence, while Jordi Alba comes in at the expense of Lucas Digne.
Nelson Semedo starts at right-back and Denis Suarez gets the call in attack, with Andres Iniesta and Gerard Deulofeu the ones replaced.
Takis Lemonis, meanwhile makes four changes to his side from the reverse fixture at Camp Nou.
Bjorn Engels, Diego Figueras, Panagiotis Tachtsidis and Kostas Fortounis replace Dimitris Nikolaou, Thanasis Androutsos, Sasa Zdjelar and Guillaume Gillet.
