Rain delays the start of the third day as Bangladesh look to take on South Africa in the second Test in Dhaka.

Rain has delayed the started of play on the third day of Bangladesh's second Test with South Africa in Dhaka.

The second day of the Test was abandoned due to heavy rain and it has continued to pour throughout the morning.

The rain has now stopped but it is unlikely that play will be resumed due to a wet outfield.

Bangladesh ended day one on 246-8, as South Africa claimed five wickets in the evening session.

The first Test in Chittagong also had to be abandoned due to heavy rain, resulting in a draw.
