NBA roundup: San Antonio Spurs remain unbeaten at home

Sports Mole rounds up Monday night's 10 NBA games, which included a 13th straight home victory for the San Antonio Spurs.

The San Antonio Spurs continued the second-best start in their history by cruising past the Utah Jazz 118-81 at AT&T Center in one of 10 NBA games on Monday night.

The Spurs, who never trailed, are 21-5 and have won all 13 of their home games this season after Kawhi Leonard (22 points) helped inflict a third straight defeat on the Jazz.

At the Palace of Auburn Hills, the Los Angeles Clippers needed overtime to beat the Detroit Pistons 105-103.

Late three-pointers at the end of regulation and overtime from JJ Redick and Jamal Crawford proved decisive as the Clippers improved to 15-10.

The Atlanta Hawks lost for the third game in a row by going down 100-88 at home to the Miami Heat.

Chris Bosh had 24 points and 10 rebounds as the Heat beat the Hawks for the first time in eight attempts.

The struggling Philadelphia 76ers slumped to 1-25 with a 115-96 defeat at the Chicago Bulls.

Brett Brown's side are yet to win on the road after giving up a five-point lead at United Center, with Jimmy Butler top-scoring in the match with 23 points.

Jordan Hill put up season-high totals for points (20) and rebounds (13) as the Indiana Pacers returned to winning ways with a 106-90 success over the Toronto Raptors.

Toronto had won four straight going into the contest and were 26-5 up early on before the Pacers fought their way back and won.

The Memphis Grizzlies won for the first time in three games with a 112-95 victory over the Washington Wizards.

Marc Gasol (24 points, 12 rebounds) and Mike Conley (18 points, 11 assists) both had double-doubles for Memphis at FedExForum.

The Denver Nuggets fought back from a half-time deficit to overcome the Houston Rockets 114-108.

Will Barton led the way for Denver by scoring 23 points, but Gary Harris also stood out with 21 on 8-11 shooting.

A balanced team display from the Dallas Mavericks helped them win for the first time in three games against the Phoenix Suns.

Six Mavs got into double figures, led by Deron Williams's 18 points, as they improved to 14-11 at American Airlines Center.

The New Orleans Pelicans have lost 12 of their 13 away games this season after falling 105-101 at the Portland Trail Blazers.

Damian Lillard stood out with 30 points as the Blazers beat the Pelicans for the seventh time in a row.

Only three games separate first and 10th place in the Eastern Conference following the Orlando Magic's 105-82 win over the Brooklyn Nets.

It was the first time that the Magic have won in Brooklyn, with Nikola Vucevic (18 points) top-scoring for the visitors.
