John Wall to undergo knee scan

Washington Wizards guard John Wall will undergo an MRI scan after missing the end of the team's loss to Dallas Mavericks with a knee injury.

John Wall will have an MRI scan on his knee after missing the end of the Washington Wizards' defeat to the Dallas Mavericks.

The guard was leading the team with 28 points when he collided with Jeremy Evans inside the final two minutes of the 116-104 loss.

When asked about the extent of the injury, Wall told ESPN: "I have no idea right now. I just did an X-ray and did not look at it. I just left."

Wall has averaged 18.4 points per game for the Wizards so far this season.
