Fans of Formula One have been thrown for a loop by what seemed to be leaked photos of Alfa Romeo's car for the 2023 F1 season. On Tuesday, the Italian automaker was supposed to unveil the C43 in its new livery, but a technical error caused pictures of the car to be displayed before the actual vehicle.

Despite starting the 2023 season with Valtteri Bottas and Zhou Guanyu as its drivers, Alfa Romeo's presentation got off to a strange start when fans compared the team's studio to that of the daytime talk show Jeremy Kyle.

Spectators were taken aback when they saw photographs of the new car for the upcoming season that will be auctioned off on the huge screen behind the three hosts.

Audi has recently invested in the team in preparation for its 2026 entrance, so the team's decision to go with a red and black color scheme may be interpreted as a subtle nod to the German automaker. Additionally, the bold color scheme significantly departs from the 2022 model's red and white appearance.
