West Bromwich Albion striker Victor Anichebe announces that he will be leaving the club when his contract expires next month.

West Bromwich Albion striker Victor Anichebe has announced that he will leave the club at the end of his contract.

The 28-year-old's current deal at The Hawthorns expires next month, and he revealed on Twitter that he would not be extending his stay at the club having made just three Premier League starts all season.

Anichebe joined the Baggies from Everton in 2013 but failed to score more than three goals in any of his three seasons with the club.

Anichebe will leave the club having scored nine goals in 63 appearances.
