Southampton are one of three Premier League sides to have joined Ajax in the race to land Toulouse defender Christopher Jullien, according to a report.
Toulouse centre-back Christopher Jullien has emerged as a rumoured summer transfer target for a trio of Premier League sides.
The 25-year-old's valuation is understood to have climbed to around £9m after impressing across his 30 Ligue 1 appearances last term.
Dutch giants Ajax have made their interest in Jullien known but, according to The Sun, he favours a move to English football and that has alerted Southampton, Crystal Palace and Burnley.
All three of the Prem sides will reportedly do battle for the 6ft 4in defender, who ended last season with two goals and three assists to his name.
Jullien joined Toulouse from Freiburg in a £2.5m deal in 2016 and has three years left to run on his current deal.
