AS Monaco reportedly turn down a €100m (£88m) bid from Liverpool for young striker Kylian Mbappe.

Liverpool have had a €100m (£88m) bid for Kylian Mbappe turned down by AS Monaco, according to a report.

The 18-year-old is being courted by some of the biggest clubs around Europe following a season which saw him score 23 goals in 41 appearances.

Mbappe's contributions helped the principality side dethrone Paris Saint-Germain as Ligue 1 champions and also reach the semi-finals of the Champions League.

According to Spanish publication Marca, Monaco are unwilling to part with their young talisman for anything less than €114m (£100m), while the player himself is thought to only want a switch to Real Madrid.

Manchester United, Chelsea and Arsenal are also thought to be monitoring Mbappe.
