Las Palmas announce that Kevin-Prince Boateng's contract has been terminated, despite agreeing an extension earlier this year.

Las Palmas have announced that Kevin-Prince Boateng's contract has been terminated.

The 30-year-old only joined the Spanish outfit last season, and he contributed with 10 goals as the club finished 14th in La Liga.

According to GHANAsoccernet.com, Boateng had only agreed to sign an extension three months ago, and there were suggestions that he would stay at the club beyond that.

However, Las Palmas have announced that the player's time at the club has come to an end, but have not given a reason why the decision has been made.

Boateng has played for numerous clubs, including Tottenham Hotspur, Portsmouth and AC Milan, during his career so far.
