Great Britain finish top of rowing World Cup

Great Britain finish top of the medals table at the World Cup in Italy.

Great Britain have finished top of the medals table at the World Cup after winning four golds on the final day in Varese.

Helen Glover and Heather Stanning won the women's pair before Katherine Copeland and Charlotte Taylor added a victory in the women's lightweight double.

The men won the quadruple sculls, while the men's eight completed Britain's gold haul.

Katherine Granger and Victoria Thornley added a bronze in the double sculls to take Britain's medal total to 10.

New Zealand finished second with six medals, with Australia claiming third with five medals.
