South Korea's Si Woo Kim claims his first title on the PGA Tour with victory at the Wyndham Championship as Luke Donald is forced to settle for second place.

Luke Donald has registered his best result of the year at the Wyndham Championship but it was not enough to prevent Si Woo Kim from claiming his first PGA Tour title.

Throughout the summer, the Englishman has flirted with dropping outside of the world's top 100, but his second-place finish in North Carolina has seen him move up to 64th place in the rankings.

A final-round 67 was enough for the former world number one to finish ahead of Hideki Matsuyama and Brandt Snedeker in third place, but he did not come close to moving Kim off the top of the leaderboard.

The South Korean has led the field since shooting a 60 on Friday and he closed the tournament with a 67 to win the title by five shots.

There was a top-five finish for Graeme McDowell and 2016 Ryder Cup representative Rafa Cabrera-Bello, but Ireland's Shane Lowry could only end the tournament in 41st place despite an impressive final round.
