French rookie Romain Langasque fires a seven-under 63 to set the second-round clubhouse target at the Omega European Masters on Friday.

Romain Langasque fired a seven-under 63 to take the clubhouse lead in the second round of the European Masters on Friday.

The French rookie made an eagle and five birdies as he moved to nine under, one shot clear of Alex Noren of Sweden, who also posted a bogey-free 63.

Englishman Andrew Johnston ended the morning on seven-under, with 18 players within four shots of the lead at Crans-sur-Sierre Golf Club.

Defending champion Danny Willett began his afternoon round at five-under, while Lee Westwood, one of five European Ryder Cup players competing, shot a four-under 66 to move to two-under.
